About CH&W

Jennifer Stevens Carino, LPC, LMHC

LPC — Connecticut LMHC — New York M.A., Fordham University, 2003 Founder, CH&W

Jennifer is the founder of Counseling Health & Wellness, a private practice based in Greenwich, CT. For over twenty years, she has provided mental health care across Connecticut — working with children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges.

Her style is interactive, individualized, and solution-focused. Sessions are grounded in a non-judgmental, compassionate atmosphere where clients can safely explore the feelings, thoughts, and beliefs that stand between them and their fulfillment — paired with genuine, ongoing psychoeducation along the way.

At the center of her work is a belief that therapy is, first, a human relationship. Rather than focusing on diagnosis or pathology, Jennifer takes a humanistic, relational approach — helping clients find meaning, self-trust, and a felt sense of alignment in their own lives.
